Deskripsi pekerjaan Operational manager Ecommerce PT QPLUS TRADE INDONESIA

Job Responsibilities

1. Live broadcast operation management: coordinate the daily, weekly, and monthly live broadcast schedule of the anchor, coordinate the allocation of equipment, venues, assistant anchors, and other resources; real-time monitor key data such as online number, GMV, conversion rate, and dynamically optimize the live broadcast process and interactive movement; quickly respond to sudden situations such as live broadcast interruption, violation reminders, public opinion disputes, and ensure the stability and compliance of live broadcasts.

2. Talent cultivation and assessment: Design a talent assessment system (including live broadcast duration, follower growth rate, conversion rate, and other indicators), regularly review live broadcast videos, and optimize talent speech, rhythm control, and camera performance; plan and organize internal training or external training to improve talent skills, fan operation, and emergency response ability.

3. Cross-team collaboration: cooperate with platform operation to obtain traffic support, event resources, and policy interpretation; coordinate with planning, editing, and investment teams to customize the host's persona and differentiated content plan; regularly output team operation reports to provide data support for management decision-making.

Job Requirements

1. Hard requirements: Indonesian nationality, proficient in english, bachelor's degree or above, 25-45 years old, no gender restriction; more than 2 years of team management experience in the live broadcast industry, the resume should clearly reflect the case of live broadcast operation, data optimization or team assessment.

2. Core competencies: Ability to control the entire live broadcast process, familiar with local platform rules in Indonesia (such as Shopee Live, TikTok Shop); strong sensitivity to data, can drive business growth through review; excellent cross-departmental communication and resource coordination ability, strong ability to resist pressure, adapt to flexible work rhythm.
