- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Operational Manager or similar role (F&B or retail preferred)
- Strong understanding of daily operations, SOP implementation, and workflow management
- Proven experience in managing teams, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Able to analyze operational performance, costs, and efficiency
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple outlets or departments
- Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
- Proficient in basic reporting and operational documentation
- Willing to work flexible hours when required
