Operations Import Specialist (CUSTOM SPECIALIST),
Requirements,
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably logistics or international trade related majors.
- Have at least 2 year export import work experience.
- Actively master English both spoken and written.
- Able to work with a team and have good communication, negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Able to work to deadlines, be thorough and agile as well as multitasking.
- Can work under pressure.
- Willing to monitor and supervise work outside working hours / at home.
- Have a good understanding of import regulations and licenses.
- Understanding HS Code, and Customs Rules.
- Have a good understanding of import activities, international trade, taxation, transportation of goods, logistics.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all export and import shipments can be completed properly.
- Actively monitor activities in handling documents for the export and import process.
- Coordinate and communicate well with shipping agents, customs, customers and agents.
- Monitor and update all information on export and import activities to all customers.
- Responsible and able to resolve problems related to export and import activities.
- Work placement at Pluit Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
