OPERATIONAL E-COMMERCE (ENGLISH SPEAKER)
We are an e-commerce company specializing in children's toothpaste and baby & kids products. We are currently looking for an experienced E-Commerce Store Operator to manage and optimize our TikTok Shop and Shopee stores in PIK.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of TikTok Shop and Shopee, including product management, store settings, promotions, and campaigns.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, stock availability, product information, and store performance.
- Optimize product listings to improve traffic, conversion, and overall sales performance.
- Plan and submit marketplace campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and platform activities according to each platform's requirements.
- Monitor store and product performance and provide data-based recommendations to improve sales.
- Analyze key e-commerce metrics and identify opportunities for store growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including warehouse, customer service, content, and marketing teams, to ensure smooth store operations.
- Monitor marketplace policies and updates and ensure that the stores comply with platform requirements.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports.
- Handle and follow up on operational issues related to TikTok Shop and Shopee.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce Store Operations.
- Must have hands-on experience managing both TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Experience in baby, kids, mother & baby, FMCG, or children's products is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and Shopee campaign submission procedures and promotional mechanisms.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking colleagues or management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, marketplace tools, promotions, and campaign management.
- Able to analyze store and product performance and turn data into actionable strategies.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Able to work under targets, deadlines, and KPI-based systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Days Off : 4 days per month

Preferred Candidate
We are looking for someone who is experienced, analytical, proactive, and highly familiar with TikTok Shop and Shopee operations. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage store operations, handle marketplace campaigns, communicate in English, and contribute to improving the overall performance of our children's toothpaste business.
