Deskripsi pekerjaan OPERATIONAL DIVISION & CUSTOM BROKERAGE Jalak Kargo Logistik

Responsibilities :

1. Manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.

2. Coordinate and oversee shipping arrangements, including vessel booking for cargo transportation.

3. Collaborate with suppliers, carriers and customs agents to facilitate smooth and timely shipments.

4. Handle truck arrangements, optimizing routes, and managing logistics for land transportation.

5. Track shipmens, maintain inventory and resolve any shipping - related issues or delays.

6. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, reporting and compliance purpose

Requirements :

1. Proficiency in english.

2. Have proven experience in import/export operations, including vessel booking and logistics arrangements for a minimum of 2 years

3. Strong knowledge of import/export, documentation and custom procedures.

4. Strong knowledge about custom clearance export/import, PEB/PIB submit amd hanling PPJK.

5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast - paced environment.

6. Proficient in using logistics software and Ms. office

7. Exceptional communication skills.

8. Customer service or equivalent.

9. Good team work and interpersonal skill.
