🚀 WE'RE HIRING – OPERATIONAL ADMIN
PT Miland Cipta Usaha (Miland) has experiences since 2003 selling and installing Professional Display/Monitors for various customers field, such as Banking, Ministries, State-Owned Enterprises & other Corporations.
Miland works with well-known Display/Monitor brands from America such as PLANAR & ImagePath.
Our office operation located in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
Now, Miland is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operational Admin to join our team!!
Requirements
- Female, Single talented person, 25 – 32 years old
- Education: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate, preferably majoring in Accounting, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Finance, Accounting, or other administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), email, and familiar with administrative software or ERP systems.
- Able to perform administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, record keeping, and report preparation.
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
- Familiar with handling financial and operational documents, such as delivery orders, invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, well-organized, and possesses good communication skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
