Focus: Lead-time optimization, vendor reliability, and supply chain flow.

Job Summary

The OPR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational lifecycle of client requirements. This role focuses on ensuring that vendors meet strict delivery timelines and maintain high-quality service standards. You will act as the bridge between the procurement strategy and physical execution.


Key Responsibilities (Job Desk):

  1. Lead-Time Management: Monitor and optimize "Order-to-Delivery" cycles to ensure 100% on-time delivery for the client.
  2. Vendor Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of local suppliers and logistics partners.
  3. SOP Compliance: Ensure all operational activities strictly follow the newly implemented procurement SOPs and RFQ flows.
  4. Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of escalation for delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or logistical bottlenecks within the Indonesian region.
  5. Strategic Sourcing Support: Identify and vet new reliable vendors to diversify the supply chain and mitigate risks related to global market volatility.


Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in Procurement, SCM, or Logistics within the Indonesian market.
  2. Soft Skills: Strong cultural intelligence and the ability to navigate local Indonesian business etiquette while maintaining international professional standards.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced data analytics for supply chain reporting.
  4. Experience in FnB industry is a must (having experience in FnB manufacturing is a plus point)
  5. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory (Korean proficiency is a significant plus given the organizational context).
  6. Willing work for 2 sites (HO : Menara Bidakara 2 South Jakarta, and Hub : Gunung Putri Bogor)
