REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- Proven experience working as a Finance Supervisor
- Experience in managing and leading team
- Integrity and honesty in all interactions and process
- Knowledge and understanding of finance & accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software (Accurate)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Natural aptitude for doing heavy administration things
- Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
- Proactive and self-driven to achieve and exceeds targets
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external parties
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, monitor and checking daily payable transactions to meet dateline
- Make sure all transactions are valid, correct and recorded properly due to company, tax -and accounting regulations
- Establish policies and procedures within the department’s function to be aligned with company’s targets
- Monthly report regarding achievement and proposal to improve work efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist superiors to complete their work
