Operation

Madhava Asia is a professional operational management focused on enhancing the service quality of various types of properties (villa, guesthouse, apartment etc), we ensure that every operational process runs efficiently, effectively, and in line with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven 2 years experience in hotel/villa operations or similar supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of operational procedures (daily, monthly, and annual cycles).
  • Ability to monitor, control, and ensure service quality standards.
  • Skilled in staff scheduling, coordination, and performance control.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain good guest relations.
  • Capable of handling and completing operational projects effectively.
  • Ability to set, monitor, and evaluate operational KPI targets
