Operation Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics or related field
2. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Retail Operations / Merchandising / Field Sales (preferably in FMCG industry)
3. Experience managing multi-outlet in the retail / restaurant / lifestyle / hotel industry.
4. Good analytical skills and ability to interpret sales/data reports
5. Strong leadership and people management skills
6. Willing to travel frequently across Central and East Java and do field visits
7. Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Job Responsibilities

1. Managing multiple store in spesific area to ensure achievement of sales targets and efficient operations
2. Overseeing store operations, including staff management, and inventory.
3. Provide two-way communication and maintain an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
