We’re Hiring! We are Two Palms Bingin, a serviced apartment in the heart of Bingin, Uluwatu seeking for an experienced supervisor in hospitality.

Operation Supervisor
Key Responsibility:
- Supervise work at all levels (housekeepers, maintenance, security) and set clear objectives.
- During Check In/Out detect any defect and organize maintenance planning according to priorities.
- Deal with maintenance issues, staff or equipment shortage, renovations etc.
- Backup Guest Manager during day off for check in/out.
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of hospitality supervision experience.
- Strong leadership & communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Proven track record in team management.
- Ability to work under pressure & manage priorities.
