Deskripsi pekerjaan Operation Staff (Trucking) Fasdeli International Express

Job Description:

- Coordinate daily trucking operations (pickup & delivery)

- Monitor fleet movement and shipment status

- Communicate with drivers and internal teams

- Handle operational issues (delays, breakdowns, etc.)

- Ensure operations run according to schedule and SOP

- Prepare basic operational reports

Job Requirements

- Minimum D3 or S1 in relevant fields

- Minimum 1 year of experience in trucking/logistics (fresh graduates may apply)

- Basic understanding of trucking operations

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Able to work under pressure

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
