About the Role
As an Operation Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring advertising campaigns run smoothly from preparation to completion. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, drivers, and field partners while monitoring campaign progress to ensure timely execution and high-quality results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, or Project Coordination is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with good administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns.
- Willing to travel and work in the field when required.
- Having a motorcycle and a valid driver's license (SIM C) is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Prepare operational requirements before campaign execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, drivers, installers, and internal teams during campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Conduct site visits and field surveys when required.
- Follow up ongoing campaigns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Perform final campaign checks and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate campaign data, documentation, and operational reports.
- Process driver payment requests and ensure timely payment completion.
