Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Operations Associate/Executive to support daily operational workflows, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure smooth implementation of business processes. This role plays a key part in strengthening operational efficiency and enabling the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, product, finance, and operations) to support ongoing projects.
- Identify operational issues and propose data-driven process improvements.
- Develop, update, and implement SOPs across operational workflows.
- Prepare regular operational reports and dashboards for management.
- Support project rollouts and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Liaise with external partners and vendors when required.
- Handle administrative tasks related to operations and project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Maximum age 30 years old.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Business Process Implementation.
- Experience in start-ups preferred; exposure to EV, financing, or ride-hailing industries is a plus.
- High integrity, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Willing to work from office (WFO) and travel when required.
