Qualification
Bachelor degree in SIA / Accounting;
Pengalaman product / business analyst / ERP Consultant / posisi serupa di accounting software (Accurate is a plus)
Experience in WMS & Omnichannel is a plus;
Pengalaman Integrasi API;
Minimal can speak english language (chinese is a plus).
Experience 2 - 5 Year in Related Field

Assist with UX research, customer interviews, and analyzing product metrics to inform decision-making.
Process Development: Develop workflows to streamline the product development and launch cycle.
Quality Management: Oversee quality assurance (QA) testing of new features before they are released to the public.
Reporting & Feedback: Liaising between the technical/product team and the customer success or marketing team to consolidate feedback.
Analysis: Reviewing the client company’s workflows to identify inefficiencies and specific system requirements.
System Implementation: Configuring, testing, and deploying ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
User Training: Provide guidance and training to client employees so they can operate the new system effectively.
Change Management: Help companies adapt to system transitions and resolve technical issues during implementation
