2007 - Cong's first store was a small refreshment cafe on Trieu Viet Vuong street - the historical cafe street of Hanoi. Linh Dung - the founder of Cong, directly designed and managed the store, and created the menu
Since then, Cộng Cà Phê has expanded internationally and is now present in six countries: Canada, France, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
2026 - Cộng Cà Phê marks it;s official entry into Indonesia with its first, store at Gandaria City, Jakarta , bringing authentic Vietnamese coffee culture and the spirit of Cong to Indonesian coffee lovers.
Requirement :
- Min. 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management. Experience managing multiple branches is preferred.
- Min. education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to lead, guide, and develop team members through training sessions, and evaluations to improve team performance.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond changing operational requirements.
- Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store operations and sales to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and coffee product quality control is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Work Location: Jakarta with willingness to travel
