Job Descriptions :
Operations Manager for Raena (Warehouse & Logistics)
1. Manage third party (3PL) warehouse operations through daily coordination with vendors, tracking performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensure regular reporting, reviewing billing and reconciliation and conducting regular warehouse visits and driving process improvement
2. Improve processes and workflows and set up new ones where required to streamline operations
3. Coordination and monitoring performance of third party Logistics. Includes contract negotiations, tracking performance vs SLA, handling escalations, sourcing and negotiating with new partners etc.Â
4 Coordinate between business teams & Tech team of Raena to support special requests
5. Ensure overall cost improvements, invoice reconciliations, team management and liaising with external stakeholders.
6.Oversee and manage First Mile operations, CrossBorder shipments, Monthly MIS reports
7. Exhibit resourcefulness and innovation by studying industry best practices and implement in the contect of Raena.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a Operation
- Understand the logistics operation process
- Have strong active thinking and understanding abilities, and good organization, coordination and communication skills
- Fluent in English
