We are now looking for an Operational & Production Manager — someone who is an Executor, a Bridge, and a Builder.
A person who can turn vision into structure, connect teams, and make sure ideas actually happen.
Role Overview
You will be the bridge between the Founder and all divisions — from Creative, Marketing and Support.
Your job is to translate vision into action, ensure every project runs smoothly, and keep the company operating like a well-oiled machine.
You’ll coordinate the internal team, freelancers, and clients, manage production timelines, and make sure every deliverable meets Fotofoto’s standards for quality and speed.
Key Responsibilities
⚙️ Execution & Operations
Turn the Founder’s ideas into clear plans, checklists, and timelines — and make sure they’re executed.
Build structure around daily operations and production flow.
Coordinate with Admin, BizDev, and Creative teams to ensure everyone is aligned and accountable.
Track progress across multiple projects and report directly to the Founder.
🎬 Production & Project Management
Plan and manage photography and videography shoots from pre-production to delivery.
Create shot lists, production schedules, and call sheets.
Coordinate crew, freelancers, and vendors to ensure readiness.
Supervise shoots and ensure deliverables meet creative direction, budget, and timeline.
🤝 Leadership & Coordination
Be the main connector between the Founder, team, freelancers, and clients.
Facilitate smooth communication between divisions (Creative, Marketing, Support).
Anticipate issues, solve problems, and maintain operational flow.
Keep the Founder informed and make sure ideas are implemented efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in operations, production, or project management (preferably in creative or event industry).
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a “get-things-done” mindset.
Experience coordinating teams, freelancers, and clients simultaneously.
Deep understanding of production workflows (photo, video, events).
Comfortable using tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
Excellent communicator — clear, proactive, and reliable.
Willing to be hands-on and on-site during key projects or shoots.
