Winson Hicare Jaya is a new trusted company in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at Indonesia . As to support our growing business, we are seeking a passionate Operation Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our Traditional Chinese Medicine practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a passion for holistic health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and manage the operational team to achieve optimal performance on daily operations of the Traditional Chinese Medicine business.
- Develop and implement guidelines and procedures to maintain the stability and smooth operation of the company
- Ensure operation logistics, including invoice systems, warehouse operation, and product delivery run smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor, analyze and identify areas requiring improvement in related to business operation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products to customer.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Assist the Director and General Manager in achieving the Company's goals and targets
- Report to General Manager
- Qualifications/ Requirement
- Experience in operations management, preferably in the Traditional Chinese Medicine industry
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and people management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Having good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools.
- Fluent in English or Mandarin as this role is required to work closely with team based in China and other countries in the region
- Willing to work in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professional.
Preferred with :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Healthcare Management, or related fields is preffered
- Knowledge on Traditional Chinese Medicine and familiar with local pharmaceutical policies
- Fluent in English or Mandarin
