- Responsible for end-to-end people management, including recruitment, development, performance evaluation, and termination when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) from any major.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of housekeeping or facility management.
- Must be based in Medan or willing to be placed in Medan.
