About the Role
Sunpride Fruit Bar is a new brand developed under Rejuve, with an ambition to build and scale a new business in the healthy food and beverage space.
As the Business Operations Manager, you will play a key role in escalating the business from its current state to the next stage of growth. You will drive commercial performance, strengthen operations, build a high-performing team, and establish a scalable foundation for future expansion.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall business growth across outlets
- Identify business gaps and opportunities, and turn them into actionable growth initiatives
- Lead and develop store teams to achieve strong operational and commercial performance
- Optimize store operations, inventory, costs, and productivity
- Monitor key business metrics and translate data into business decisions
- Build scalable processes and operating standards to support future expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute business and growth initiatives
- Take ownership of challenges and continuously improve the business
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Retail, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in multi-outlet F&B or retail, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with a track record of driving growth
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and growth-oriented environment
- Willing to travel across store locations as required
