We are a Korean cosmetics company representing a wide array of popular and premium Korean beauty brands, including Tonymoly, AMPLE:N, Vella, On The Body, Chochoslab, Chosungah Beauty, Wonder Bath, Reen, Babience, Flor de Man, Pour La Peau, Tiam, and Mastina. Our mission is to bring these high-quality, innovative brands to the Indonesian market, enhancing beauty and confidence through authentic Korean skincare and cosmetics.
We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager to oversee the distribution operations of Korean cosmetics as well as e-commerce sales activities. This role is responsible for ensuring that all processes, from procurement and warehousing to online sales run efficiently and meet business targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations (warehouse, distribution, and e-commerce)
- Ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes (import, inventory, and shipping)
- Control and optimize product inventory (forecasting, replenishment, and aging stock)
- Monitor sales performance across marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.)
- Coordinate with principals/suppliers from Korea regarding products, shipments, and business updates
- Develop and implement operational SOPs (warehouse & online sales)
- Control operational costs and improve process efficiency
- Analyze sales data, product performance, and prepare regular reports
- Manage the operations team (warehouse, admin, e-commerce)
- Ensure compliance with regulations (including BPOM requirements for cosmetics)
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations / E-commerce / Logistics
- Fluent in Korean (minimum TOPIK Level 4 or equivalent)
- as the role requires direct communication with the Korean CEO
- Strong data-driven analytical skills
- Problem-solving mindset (not only identifying issues but also providing solutions)
- Strong leadership and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience in the cosmetics / FMCG industry is a plus
