Operation - Management Trainee

Job Description

1. Receive guidance from Indonesian and overseas managers, and learn full-cycle operation of live streaming rooms, including but not limited to staffing, traffic monitoring and adjustment of live sales strategies.
2. Gain in-depth knowledge of TikTok live commerce business models, traffic operations and sales tactics, and master core skills for trending industries.
3. Gradually take charge of the operation supervision of multiple live rooms.
4. Maintain a positive working attitude and deliver outstanding performance to strive for promotion to management positions and generous bonuses.

Requirements:

1. Preffered Female
2. Minimum education: Associate Degree D4 or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Reputable University
3. Fluent in english is a must
4. Preferably experienced in live streaming or digital content operations
5. Strong communication skills and high initiative
6. Creative, engaging, and capable of producing appealing live content
7. Ability to build and maintain interaction with the audience
8. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
9. Willing to work in 2 rotating shifts (Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
10. Willing to work in weekend rotations, including public holiday
