Qualification :
1. America routing operator experienced and cargo wise system advance to recruitment.
2. Proven experience with AMS (Automated Manifest System) and IFS (Importer Security Filing).
3. Able to handle bookings and manage documentation for various sea liner companies, including EMC, COSCO, CMA, OOCL, MSK, MSC, WHL, ONE, YML, HPL, and HMM.
4. Possesses a strong understanding of booking procedures, charges, and regulations.
5. Fluent in business English
6. Minimum of 3 years of logistics experience.
Job Description :
1. Act as the key point of contact for internal and external customer service teams.
2. Receive, manage, and monitor shipment bookings, registrations, and process customer orders.
3. Create and verify transport with intermodals teams to ensure pickup and delivery of customer orders.
4. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and to a high standard.
5. Utilize management systems to check shipment statuses.
6. Identifying and resolving incidents immediately to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
7. In addition to day-to-day activities, you may be required to actively participate in projects to meet operational and customer service excellence.
