Deskripsi pekerjaan OPERATION EXCUTIVE Rida International Tourism Indonesia
- Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure tours run smoothly.
- Coordinating with sales, marketing, and customer service departments.
- Contracting with hotels and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
- Managing bookings for hotels, taxis, flights, and assisting with visa documentation.
- Ensuring operational efficiency and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Organize effective work and run operations (guest's registration, visa registration, rooming list, document handling, tour leader assignment, supervising tour operation, problem and risk handling)
- Providing daily daily/weekly/monthly plans and personal job reports
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Studies or relevant field.
- Min. 2 years experience in Tourism Industry or relevant field.
- Min. 2 years as an operational executive or on a similar position
- Good English
- Showed results of work in previous place
- Has experience of being operational executive in land tour will be preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently, resolve problems
- Flexibility in working timing due to will interact with clients and suppliers from different countries with time differences
