General Requirenment
- Age 20-35
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good management and organizational skills.
- Fresh graduate are welcome
Job Spesitifation
- Diploma degree minimum
- Bachelor degree in any major could apply
- Having administration experience at least 1-2 years
- Having knowledge of using excel application
- Filing administration skill
- Good communication
- Experience with cargo administration would be advantage
Job Description
Administration
- Accurately input and maintain data for all packing materials, ensuring inventory records are updated in real-time.
- Generate and manage detailed reports related to operational activities, including field trip budgeting and quality control (QC) reports.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive budget database for travel and field expenses, covering management and field personnel trips.
- Monitor and report all expenses in accordance with scheduled timelines, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Provide regular summaries and detailed reports of field expenses, ensuring alignment with allocated budgets and reporting deadlines.
- Oversee administrative needs for the Operations department, ensuring all required tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Shipment
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse vendors, and shipment providers to finalize shipment schedules and obtain all necessary shipment details.
- Prepare and review shipment-related documents, including loading plans, drafts, and final versions of the Itemized Packing List (IPL). Ensure the accuracy of Bills of Lading (BL) and other essential paperwork.
- Ensure all shipment documents are properly prepared, verified, and uploaded into the designated system or folder for future reference and audits.
- Collaborate closely with the Merchandising team and external transport providers to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate coordination of shipments.
