Job Desk :
- Create a training program including a list of participants and budgets
- Active in academic tasks and able to summarize and update data
- Handle and Prepare academic event need
- Prepare technical and non-technical training programs as well as the On Job Training program including training materials, participants, upgrading, time, and place of training
- Analyze, design, and develop training materials, program, and curriculum to increase employee's productivity
- Review and evaluate the output of training materials
Qualifications:
- Male/female, have a minimum bachelor's degree from any major
- Have good planning and controlling skills
- Understand Educational Administration
- Able to maintenance community of company
- Able to master basic computer science
- Have discipline, initiative and active communication skills
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Be willing to learn new things.
Responsibilities:
- Accommodate and monitor operations, both projects and daily tasks (recording, collecting and preparing required documents).
- Ensure the class runs well
- Coordinate with other divisions regarding ongoing projects and daily tasks.
- Monitoring each class from every division
- Assist the Operations Director in making policies and plans
- Controlling academic events
