Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Strong ability to manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to monitor, evaluate, and improve operational performance to achieve established targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proficient in preparing operational reports and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel ((Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure, and possess excellent time management skills.
Job Description :
- Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Lead, supervise, and develop team performance to achieve operational objectives and business targets.
- Monitor, evaluate, and prepare reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional departments to support operational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Communicate and prepare reports in Mandarin to support effective coordination with Chinese management and business partners.
