Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Management/Business) with 3–5 years experience in an operational managerial position
- Understand store operational processes (inventory, logistics, product displays).
- Able to read sales reports, set targets, and manage P&L (Profit and Loss).
- Able to lead, train and motivate a large team (managing multi-stores).
- Firm, responsive in resolving operational problems.
Mastering Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Point of Sales (POS) or SAP systems.
