Requirement :
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Rooms Division Manager, or Assistant Operations Manager;
- Experience managing a Boutique Hotel, Villa, or Resort;
- Experience managing multiple departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, F&B, and Guest Experience);
- Understanding of budgeting and operational cost control;
- Understanding of quality assurance and service excellence;
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Manager;
- Entity of hotel/villa operations;
- Service-oriented (Guest-Oriented);
- Strong leadership and human resource management skills;
- Placement : Berawa - Bali
Jobdesk & Key Resposibility :
- Manage all daily villa and hotel operations.
- Conduct daily operational checks.
- Control the quality of service across all departments.
- Coordinate operational problem resolution.
- Ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Assist with VIP complaints and escalated complaints.
- Develop action plans to improve guest satisfaction.
- Promote a culture of service excellence.
- Provide coaching to all supervisors.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Monitor operational budgets.
- Analyze costs per occupied room.
- Control operational costs and monitor operational budgets.
