Key Responsibilities
Pre-live: Preparation
• System & Inventory Management: Proficient in using the ERP system. Daily tasks include checking and syncing product inventory to the live-stream storefront to ensure accurate stock information.
• Product & Material Preparation: Responsible for the end-to-end preparation of daily live-stream sample garments, including steaming/ironing and checking for damages or stains to ensure they are clean and presentable.
• Backend & Equipment Setup: Create live-stream schedules, list product links, and configure promotional activities. Test and adjust all live-stream equipment (lighting, audio interface, network, etc.).
During Live: Precise Control & Moderation
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key real-time metrics (viewers, engagement rate, sales data) and promptly update to the team.
• Process Coordination: Cue product displays, activate promotional tools (e.g., coupons), and update information in real-time to match the host's pace, using cue cards for seamless coordination.
• Atmosphere & Order Maintenance: Manage the comment section, guide interactions, answer user questions, and foster a lively, orderly live-stream environment.
• Contingency Handling: Respond swiftly to technical issues or unexpected incidents to ensure stream stability.
Post-live: Organization & Follow-up
• Organize all sample garments and store them properly according to guidelines.
• Recharge wireless devices (e.g., microphones, cameras) and power down other equipment, maintaining an orderly stream room.
• Order Coordination: Assist in verifying any abnormal orders and liaise with team.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Stream Control Operator or in a relevant role, with proficiency in operating the backend of major live-streaming platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Instagram etc..
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, strong sensitivity to inventory data, and the ability to independently synchronize product information.
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to react swiftly under high-pressure situations.
• Meticulous, responsible, with strong execution capabilities and a collaborative team spirit.
• Prior experience in non-standard product live streams (e.g., clothing, accessories) and familiarity with sample garment management processes is preferred.
• Basic data analysis skills and the ability to provide optimization suggestions.
• Proficiency in basic office software and image/video editing tools.
• Conversational English is preferred.
Working Hours
• Full-time position: 9-hour daily commitment(including a 1-hour unpaid meal break), with 8 working hours compensated;
• This position requires availability to work 6 days per week;
• Flexibility to work according to scheduling needs, including early morning (e.g. start at 6:00 am), late night (e.g. end at 23:00pm), weekends, and national holidays.
