About
Phi Course is a growing online tutoring business specializing in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry for various curricula, including International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge (IGCSE, AS & A Level), Kurikulum Merdeka, and other international systems. We focus on building students’ understanding and confidence in challenging subjects.
Job Descriptions
Provide engaging and effective lessons in Mathematics, Physics, and/or Chemistry.
Teach according to specific curriculum requirements (IB, Cambridge, Kurikulum Merdeka, etc.).
Prepare lesson plans, practice problems, and learning resources.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Communicate effectively with students about performance and goals.
Maintain a supportive and motivating learning environment.
Job Requirements
An active university student or at least a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Strong understanding in Maths AND Physics (knowledge in Chemistry is a plus) for Elementary to High School Level.
Strong familiarity in the curriculum being applied for
Ability to simplify and present complex topics
Passionate and strong commitment in teaching
Good English proficiency (if applying for teaching International Curriculums)
