Job Description
- Manage and optimize online sales channels (e-commerce & marketplace).
- Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to improve performance.
- Plan and execute online campaigns to increase traffic and sales.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory updates.
- Ensure all online platforms are updated with accurate product information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales.
- Familiar with marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is an advantage.
