The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth through both in-store and online channels. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, promoting products, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves developing and implementing sales strategies, engaging with customers through digital platforms, and collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential to succeed in this position.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree and between 1 and 3 years of experience in sales or a related field. Proficiency in Customer Service, Sales Strategy, English Language, Sales and Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Sales Management, and B2B Sales is required.
