Job Description
- Handle and respond to incoming online leads (chat, social media, or other digital platforms) in a timely manner
- Engage with potential customers and convert leads into registered or joining members
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospects and existing members
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate daily sales and activity reports
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
Requirements
- Proven ability to work towards sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple leads simultaneously
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic digital literacy (chat tools, CRM, social media platforms)
- Experience in telesales or similar sales roles is a plus
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
