Online Sales & Grab Operations Specialist (Digital F&B Sales Assistant) untuk perusahaan Clapham Company seperti MBurger, me&co, Bakeout, Mogul Burger.

Requirements :

Pengalaman min. 2 tahun di bidang sales online F&B / e-commerce / marketing digital.
Memahami operasional platform delivery (Grab, GoFood, ShopeeFood).
Mampu membuat strategi penjualan yang kreatif dan berbasis data.
Punya taste branding yang baik, terutama dalam packaging & product presentation.
Komunikatif, detail-oriented, dan bisa bekerja lintas tim (operasional, desain, outlet).
Diutamakan jika memiliki pengalaman mengelola B2B atau corporate deals.

Jobdesc :

Manage GrabFood Account
Improve Sales Performance
Promote Grab links via social media and online communities
Collaborate with content creator/influencer if needed
Respond to complaints or messages through Grab
Work with the kitchen to reduce cancellations or complaints
Weekly reports on sales trends and feedback
Suggest improvements for operations or menu based on data
