Requirements
· Minimum bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum 1 year experience as a online merchandiser, marketing, sales
· Have solid knowledge in e-commerce frameworks
· High attention to detail, with a process-driven and solution-oriented mindset
· Able to work under pressure to achieve the goals
· Experience in beauty industry is preferred
· Able to speak English and join immediately
Job Descriptions
· Developing and implementing the strategic e-commerce marketing plan
· Responsible for overseeing other aspects of the e-commerce platforms such as the advertising campaign, content components, and vendor relationships
· Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
· Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
· Working closely with finance and inventory teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
· Attend sales strategy meetings to provide input on weekly and overall sales strategy
