About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Online Marketing Specialist to independently coordinate and execute our digital marketing activities, with a strong focus on SEO, content marketing and generating qualified leads from international audiences. You will work closely with the Director and coordinate daily marketing activities with a Junior Online Marketing Specialist. This is a practical, mid-level position for someone who enjoys combining content creation, data analysis and marketing optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimise SEO activities to improve organic search visibility and attract relevant international audiences.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and identify opportunities for website and content improvements.
- Develop and maintain content plans and marketing calendars.
- Write, optimise and review professional English content for websites, SEO landing pages, articles, social media and other marketing materials.
- Manage and improve the company's social media channels, including content planning, publishing and performance monitoring.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, search performance, leads and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other relevant tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate Google Ads and Meta Ads activities where applicable, including working with external specialists when needed.
- Maintain content quality, consistency and accuracy across digital marketing channels.
- Use AI and digital marketing tools to improve content quality, efficiency and marketing workflows.
- Coordinate marketing requirements with external photographers, designers and technical specialists.
- Provide regular performance reports and practical recommendations to the Director.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of practical experience in digital marketing, with the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated experience in SEO, keyword research and website content optimisation.
- Strong written English skills, with the ability to create professional content for an international audience.
- Experience with social media management and content planning.
- Experience with CMS platforms and AI-assisted marketing workflows is an advantage.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, tourism or international markets is an advantage, but not required.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is an advantage, but advanced expertise in both is not required.
- Good organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, analytical, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of daily marketing activities.
- Ability to coordinate tasks and provide practical guidance to a junior colleague.
