About the Role
Oneda is an Indonesian women’s bags and wallets brand. As Online Marketing & Sales Manager, you will own the strategy and results of our online business across marketplaces, social commerce, advertising, and partnerships, and lead the team that executes it.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual and quarterly online sales and marketing strategies, including targets, budgets, and channel priorities
- Own online revenue, conversion, and profitability across Shopee, TikTok Shop, website, and social media
- Plan and oversee the campaign calendar, including mega sales (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12) and brand campaigns
- Direct advertising strategy and budget allocation, holding the team accountable for ROAS and ad efficiency
- Lead live streaming and KOL/affiliate programs, from partner selection to ROI evaluation
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the team (marketplace, content, live streaming), setting KPIs/OKRs and building SOPs
- Analyze sales, traffic, and customer data, and report insights and recommendations to the Director
- Coordinate with product, warehouse, and finance on stock planning, pricing, and fulfillment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales, including 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role
- Proven track record of growing online sales on marketplaces and social commerce
- Strong knowledge of marketplace tools and ads (Shopee, TikTok Shop), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills with sales and ad data (Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Preferred: experience in fashion, bags, or beauty brands; live commerce and KOL/affiliate experience; based in or willing to relocate to Semarang
