Customer Support Agents for SMM Panels (Not a Call Center)
We’re expanding our team to support our growing network of Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel websites. If you're tech-savvy and fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, this is your opportunity!

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets via our website
- Identify and report order issues to the development team; monitor and follow up on order processes
- Assist with routine website checks and weekly improvements
- Provide basic SEO inputs and article writing
- Translate platform content from English to Bahasa Indonesia
Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Indonesian (minimum B2 level, written and spoken)!
- Strong computer skills; IT background is a plus
- Hands-on knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, etc.), including analytics and platform features
- Critical thinker with a proactive mindset
- Able to work full-time from our Bali office
- Fresh graduates are welcome — we hire for mindset, not just experience
