As we expand our operations in Jakarta, we are looking to grow our team as well!
Role
We are seeking a street-smart individual with a savvy sales attitude. Our innovative service offerings are disrupting the multibillion-dollar real estate industry, leading to a high volume of daily inquiries.
Responsibilities
- - Manage customer interactions to sell virtually and set up in-person viewings for our viewing agents.
- - Work closely with founders and other team members to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- - Develop and implement best practices for executing an ambitious sales strategy.
- - Acquire knowledge of Jakarta’s real estate market quickly.
- - Identify customer intent and suggest relevant options to maximize the lead-to-viewing ratio.
- - Report on key parameters affecting the lead-to-viewing process.
- - Record key information in the system to stay on top of all potential customers.
- - Coordinate with the marketing and supply teams to improve the lead generation and lead-to-viewing process.
Qualifications:
- - Entrepreneurial mindset.
- - Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in any field.
- - Native-level fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- - High energy, cheerful personality, dynamic, and results-oriented.
- - Strong desire and curiosity to learn new things.
- - Willingness to handle all tasks and ensure no lead is lost.
- - Passionate about virtual selling.
- - Strong logical and analytical thinking.
- - Alignment with Flokq's vision and values.
- - Able to work from the office.
- - Dedicated, loyal, and trustworthy.

- - Excellent communication skills to build trust with customers.
- - Prior experience in property sales or related activities is a plus.
