PT Beautymax Essential Indonesia is looking for Full-Time team members to join our team at our new office in Season City, West Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop creative content ideas and concepts for social media, especially TikTok and Instagram.
2. Create engaging and relevant content aligned with the brand and target audience.
3. Collaborate with the Social Media Supervisor to develop and execute content ideas.
4. Stay updated with social media trends and turn them into relevant content ideas.
5. Be hands-on in short-form video shooting and content production.
6. Evaluate content performance and provide ideas to improve engagement.
Requirements:
1. Experience as a Content Planner, Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or related position.
2. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends.
3. Creative with strong storytelling and content sense.
4. Hands-on experience shooting short-form videos is a plus.
5. Able to collaborate effectively with the Social Media Supervisor and other teams.
6. Proactive, communicative, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
7. Portfolio is required.
