Hiring: Ads Officer (Digital Ads Specialist)!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Ads Officer to support our digital advertising operations across ecommerce platforms, Meta, and TikTok. This role focuses on hands-on campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting, with strategy and direction provided by your superior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage ads campaigns based on briefs across Shopee Ads, Tokopedia TopAds, TikTok Ads / GMV Max, and Meta Ads Manager
- Upload creatives, prepare ad copy variations, and ensure correct product tagging and tracking setup
- Monitor daily campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CPC, GMV) and flag anomalies promptly
- Maintain budget pacing according to approved allocation
- Execute basic optimizations and A/B tests as directed
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad assets and evaluate the performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field, preferably Marketing, Communications, or Business
- 1–2 years hands-on experience running ads on at least two platforms: Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Tokopedia TopAds
- Comfortable working in ads dashboards daily and reading basic performance metrics
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and Power Point / Slides
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and disciplined with budget monitoring
- Able to follow briefs accurately and communicate blockers early
