The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.
Responsibilities
1. Develop training materials by completing thorough research, analyzing merchant behavior and preferences/demand
2. Ensure a smooth and efficient training and onboard process
3. Guide and help the customer during the onboarding process with goals where merchants are able to reach an early value in the shortest period of time.
4. Proactively approach merchant during the early stage and make sure merchant are able to achieve their goals by using our product
5. Having a thorough understanding of company product and solution-oriented (able to solve merchant question and basic technical issue)
6. Gaining merchant pain point and demand and able to output a quantify data
7. Working closely with the seller support team and product team, to escalate and push merchant needs with goals to promote product optimization
Qualifications
Having 2 years of working experience (preferable SaaS-based company, specifically in Omnichannel product
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Excellent communication and presentation skill
Data analysis (Excel) and cross-team collaboration skill
Understand about marketplace basic knowledge, able to solve the basic technical issue
Language: Indonesia and English, able to speak in Mandarin will be a plus point
