Qualification:
Male (priority), bachelor’s degree or above
Good English & Mandarin (priority)
IT or Logistic major
2 years above warehouse operational experience, ERP & warehouse management system as priority
2 years above with the service experience, proactive, KPI orientation
Fast respond handle customers on time by LINE or call
Experienced e-commerce platform or logistic company
Logic mind, fully understanding on warehouse management systems
With vehicle will be considered as priority (claimed as the actual cost)
Flexible working time, KPI with service
Job description:
Maintain relationship and inquiry from customers/clients
In charge of customer on-site (visit) and online service
In charge of collecting the idea and inquiries from the customers, feedback to product & process team, being assistance in standard user manual and SOP,
In charge of debugging, collecting the system bug and give a feedback on-time
Outer province business trip/ Overseas business trip acceptable
