Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of sales experience in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or retail is a plus.
- Strong interest in sales and the beauty/cosmetics industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers, retailers, and business partners.
- Willing to learn about Key Accounts, retail chains, distribution, and the Indonesian beauty market.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently, meet targets, and perform well under pressure.
- Willing to travel for client visits, market research, and in-store activities.
- Basic understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and retail operations is a plus.
- Experience with local or international beauty/FMCG brands is a plus.
