Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute offline sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and business growth.
• Identify, acquire, and manage partnerships with distributors, baby stores, modern trade accounts, retailers, and other offline sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and business partners.
• Monitor sales performance, distribution coverage, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Plan and implement offline promotional activities, retail campaigns, and event activations to increase brand awareness and sales conversion.
• Ensure proper product availability, merchandising standards, and in-store visibility across all channels.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasting, and market analysis for management review.
• Lead, supervise, and support field sales teams when required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in offline sales, channel management, or business development.
• Prior experience in baby products, FMCG, retail, or mother & child industry is highly preferred.
• Strong network within distributor, retail, and baby specialty store channels is a plus.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing offline channel growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting.
• Willing to work at Jakarta (Full WFO from Mon-Fri)
