Deskripsi pekerjaan Offline Sales Manager (GT & MT) UnitAry

About the Role

UnitAry Sunscreen is looking for an experienced Offline Sales Manager to lead and expand our offline sales channels across both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT). This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing channel strategies, managing distributor and key account relationships, and ensuring strong execution in the market.

If you have a proven track record in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or consumer goods sales and enjoy building high-performing sales operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies for both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels to achieve business targets.
  2. Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, key accounts, and retail partners.
  3. Identify opportunities to expand distribution coverage and increase market penetration.
  4. Lead sales forecasting, planning, and target-setting activities.
  5. Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive business growth.
  6. Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
  7. Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional programs with key accounts.
  8. Analyze sales data and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
  9. Build, coach, and manage the offline sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  3. Strong experience handling both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
  4. Experience in FMCG, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or related industries is highly preferred.
  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business performance.
  6. Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  7. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  9. Willing to travel as required.
