With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to providing unmatched guest experiences, we are now seeking an enthusiastic and driven Online Sales & Reservation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the continued growth of our operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving online sales and managing reservations across various platforms, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Your primary duties will include:

- Handling all online sales inquiries and reservations efficiently and effectively.

- Managing and optimizing online booking channels to maximize occupancy rates.

- Utilizing digital marketing strategies to attract new guests and enhance our brand presence online.

- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from leads to bookings.

- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing queries, and handling complaints promptly and professionally.

- Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for improving sales and reservation processes.

- Implementing and refining digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our online platforms.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about hospitality and possess the following qualifications:

- A Diploma in a related field.

- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.

- Proficiency in digital marketing, including the ability to create and manage effective online campaigns.

- Familiarity with Google Ads and other digital advertising tools to enhance online visibility.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
