Deskripsi pekerjaan Offline Marketing Officer English1 (YHA Group)

Responsibilities:

* Achieve lead generation targets from offline channels

* Develop business opportunities to grow the center

*Build and mantain partnerships with schools, communities, and institutions

* Plan, organize, and lead offline marketing events

* Track, analyze, and report offline marketing performance

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field

* 1-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Creative, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team

* Willing to travel and work flexible hours for events

Preferred:

* Experience in event management and campaigns

* Network with schools or educational institutions

* Strong analytical mindset to measure performance offline
